Maui Tomorrow, Inc. has partnered with the County of Maui Mayor’s Office of Economic Development and is in the midst of planning an Energy Storage Systems tour to show our island
community how these systems look and operate.
The tour, which will be similar to an open art studio tour, will likely take place during one Saturday in November from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and be open to registered participants via a tour map.
We are looking for 5-8 homeowners who would be willing to let tour participants see the outside of their homes and energy storage systems. Those interested must have either a grid-tied PV system
with batteries or an off-grid PV and battery system.
We are also looking into the possibility of having energy system experts, ideally a representative from the company that did the installation, available at each site to talk to tour participants.
