Today the Senate Ways and Means Committee (with our own Sen Gil Keith-Agaran) voted to strip the HB1133 (Repeal the PLDC) of the unnecessary amendments added by Sen Solomon (which would have required it go to conference committee) and pass a clean repeal of the PLDC identical to that which the House passed.

This means that after a full Senate vote (which will pass) the bill will go to the Governor for his signature and the PLDC will be repealed.
