MECO lacked information about the processes and acted as if this was the first time they heard the concerns from Molokai. The IRP process is a sham. The RFP will go out before the IRP report is written. BOEM is already talking about the sea cable. Back door process is alive and well in with the state and utility. The consumer advocate was not able to give an answer to any question. The consumer advocate is really a state advocate in this process – understaffed and ineffective.
