- Waiale Community Development Project 2500 unit
- Mike Atherton’s proposed 900 to 1,100-unit project near the Maui Tropical Plantation
- Wailea 670: 1,150 units near Maui Meadows
- Maui Technology Park 1,000 residential units
- Kaonoulu Ranch
- Ohukai in Kihei
- A&B 600 units in North Kihei
- Pulelehua: 1,000 units near the Kapalua airport
- Kaanapali 2020: 900+ units
- Amfac’s Pioneer Mill 1,100 units
- Hawaiian Homelands aprox. 2000 south of the Lahaina Civic Center.
- Olowalu 1,500 units.
