HB1520 – Resident Finance of Solar etc.

HB1520 – This measure would would direct the PUC to implement an on-bill financing program which would allow residential electrical utility customers to finance purchases of energy efficient or renewable energy devices & systems through their regular electric utility bills.

The Commerce and Consumer Protection Committee will hold a Public Decision Making on Friday 4/11/2011 9:00 AM room 229. This bill would make it much easier for people to pay for the sort of energy investments that would save them money and move us toward our clean energy goals.
