Workshop on U.S. Dept of Energy Funding Opportunities

Staff from the Hawaii Technology Development Venture (HREDB) will present the Strategic Proposal Development workshop, a one-day program for energy companies on Maui on Tuesday, March 27.

The workshop will focus on 1-2 currently open US Department of Energy (DOE) Funding Opportunity Announcements pre-selected by workshop attendees. Currently, attendees can provide feedback on which funding opportunities they would like to see reviewed in the workshop by taking the survey to give your input.

The survey is open until March 21. The workshop agendas will be finalized based on feedback from the survey.

Attendees will have an opportunity for their draft proposal materials (concept papers and/or abstracts) to be reviewed in one-on-one sessions with workshop instructors to learn how to strategically improve their proposal application and increase their chances of winning DOE funding.

HREDV was founded in 2008 and is funded by the US Department of Energy. HREDV is a project of the Pacific International Center for High Technology Research (PICHTR), a Hawaii-based non-profit that has been a catalyst for technology development across the Pacific Rim since 1983.

Take the survey and learn more about the workshop at the HREDV website. Workshop instructors are Jill Sims and Dawn Lippert from PICTHR at (808) 275-5051.
